This Saturday, May 27th, is Albacore Day at Toronto’s Outer Harbour! Come out and take part in this great community day!

Workshops, Measurements, Swag, BBQ!

All sailors welcome – new and old! Sit in on workshops to learn fibre glassing, knots/splicing, and more!

CAA measurers will also be on hand to measure in new sails for 2017, and we’ll also have scales available weighing hull weight! See how close your hull is to the 240 lb specification and make any necessary adjustments to your certified corrector weights.

After Party – The Outer Harbour Club Crawl! 

After the festivities of Albacore Day, stick around into the evening for the always-amazing annual Outer Harbour Club Crawl! Costumes, food ($10 ticket, available from the clubs), and drink (BYOB). Follow the masses from club to club!

This year’s theme is “Your Favourite Canadian,” so bring a costume and show your pride!

Directions – Regatta Road

Haven’t been to the Outer Harbour before? The place to be is Regatta Road, just east of Cherry Beach.

From Lakeshore Boulevard, take either Leslie Street or Cherry Street south. Turn onto Unwin Avenue, and follow until Regatta Road.

Parking is free. Just look for the signs for Mooredale, J-Town, Westwood, and OHCC and walk into the grounds.
